As his health declined from diabetes, he moved to Rapid City to live with his eldest daughter, Rosa, but if he told the story, it was to take care of her!
He was a kind and caring husband, father, grandfather, uncle, brother, and friend.
Willis was blessed with 16 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Willis was preceded in death by his parents; his wife of 64 years, Zola Mc Crillis Arnold; his son, Philip Brian Arnold; one brother; and three sisters.
